To submit an advance copy of the tabulated result on prescribed Proforma for transcript (As Per Annexure) showing courses taken, teacher, time, duration, detailed marks, subject-wise, aggregate and grade. This would be duly authenticated by the concerned Dean/Head for the declaration of result.

Tabulated results should be submitted within two weeks nearing the end of the semester to the Chairperson/ Director.
